In-call esignature allows us to introduce a customer to our offering, fill in contract information fields and send a signature request in a text message all while on a single phone call. The process is seamless and very similar to an interaction you would have with a friend/family member where you are talking and sharing pictures via text while on a call. It's natural, easy and quick. Comparing this to needing to send a link or a document in an email, this is light years ahead of anything else on the market.

I like the fact that it allows clients to sign documents and contracts online on any device. So sometimes we have clients that come and they have their phones of course so they can just open the documents on their phones and sign right there. No need to sign up or subscribe to anything, is just simple and convenient both for us and for the client. I also like that we can put boxes and fields to be filled out by the signers. By this I'm referring to the the boxes where you can put initials for example, also the ones that says textified. Another thing that is practical is the signatures, the client doesn't have to manually sign anything, they can just click the box and Panda Doc will have a selection of signatures for them with their names.

Everything is one place, user-friendly, I love that you can save templates to repeatedly use, I love that you can choose which signer fills out a section, and I am OBSESSED with the reminder tool! You can set the reminder tool to remind them every day, week, etc. This has gotten clients to sign documents a lot quicker and I'm so grateful.

You can edit before it is sent, however once it is sent you either have to explain to the customer where you made a mistake typing the t's and c's or you have to start from scratch
I dislike that when sending the documents out via email they often do not arrive/take much longer than text messages

PandaDoc proposals look better than anything that I could have come up on my own, and thanks to tokens, the chance of leaving a wrong client name or other important detail is eliminated
I will be honest, I decided to give PandaDoc a try because I like pandas, and because their marketing was great
The process takes 3 minutes at the most to setup, send and sign
If you're a small business getting started and need free e-Signing, PandaDoc is a winner

Cons
The only thing I can think of is pretty lame, but sometimes when I try to open to document the first time I click on the link it says "error
There is a spam problem with the email sent to some customers
I don't have any other concern with PandaDoc
Unfortunately I find the program a bit confusing, it took me a bit longer to understand everything
The only problem I ran into was the document creation date field sometimes displayed tomorrow's date because they have it set to a different timezone than where I'm located."
