Clear, defined templates to quickly set up particular parameters and their associated reporting so different depts that are involved in the account can run their particular reports and get the needed information quickly.

I started using it for a trial and the system seemed to check most of the boxes for our needs, BUT... One day I sent out an email through Livespace and the system completely mangled it - included a large junk of base64 code in the middle of the email (this is apparently how it handles the inline images). I sent a complaint to the sales rep who was onboarding me - silence. A few days later, I sent another email to the sales rep as well as the support mailbox - few days went by, SILENCE. I would recommend this system only if you are ready to have your emails messed up by it and hear nothing back from the company ever again. Otherwise, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

"In short I dont really use it much" What do you like best about Pega Platform? I like how it brings much of what I need to do in the day to day right to the table. It is an easy workplace. "Great Software for Co-Browsing" What do you like best about Pega Platform? This software is really helpful for customer service.
