Livespace vs Worksoft Certify

Great, eager to continue working with Livespace, there is no doubt that the versatility and quality of its services deserve a 10/10, one of the best in the area of customer relationship management, knows how to achieve what your client It needs at all times and in a practical way.

Clear, defined templates to quickly set up particular parameters and their associated reporting so different depts that are involved in the account can run their particular reports and get the needed information quickly.

I started using it for a trial and the system seemed to check most of the boxes for our needs, BUT... One day I sent out an email through Livespace and the system completely mangled it - included a large junk of base64 code in the middle of the email (this is apparently how it handles the inline images). I sent a complaint to the sales rep who was onboarding me - silence. A few days later, I sent another email to the sales rep as well as the support mailbox - few days went by, SILENCE. I would recommend this system only if you are ready to have your emails messed up by it and hear nothing back from the company ever again. Otherwise, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We have scheduled lights off automation mode through Worksoft Certify.

"Worksoft Certify is a robust cross-application automation tool" What do you like best about Worksoft Certify? No coding experience is required to automate with Worksoft Certify and test cases are easily executable directly from the tool. Reports are easily available inside Certify and are in user-friendly and readable format. There's also a selection of report types and test data management is also much better than other tools with the use of layout-recordset concept. As coding is not involved it provides lesser flexibility in terms of maintaining code logic and makes it more difficult to add condition case blocks.
