LivingWriter vs Clover

I've been using this app for awhile on my tablet and desktop. While the desktop app isn't perfect, this app is particularly frustrating to use, especially if you're using a physical keyboard. The arrow keys don't control the cursor, instead cycling through the header navigation. Once you've accidentally pressed an arrow key, pressing space bar makes the menu open, without fail. It's very irritating.

Perfect for those who like to plot out their stories. The tools are very versatile and I easily adjusted them to my needs. I love that I can jump between mobile and web, since I write 80% on my phone and 20% on the computer. My only major qualm with this app is that I really like the element link feature, but I don't think it works on the app. I can see the element links I've made on the web version, but as far as I can tell, I can't make links.

I love the desktop version but the app leaves so much to be desired. Basic functions like being able to use auto correct or select/highlight text to cut or copy and paste is just non existent and it lags like crazy. Part of the reason I signed up was for the supposed convenience of being able to work on my projects from my phone or computer when on the go but that's simply not possible with so many basic functions (which can be found in any other writing app) just aren't available.

I give Clover a four out of five. I've looked at multiple different payment processors for my small business. PayPal is one that I've historically used. I've looked at other big name processors. Cost and the ability to use them on my own and manage them on my own has been a huge part of why I didn't go with different companies. They were too difficult or too much time consumed in dealing with them. I picked Clover because they've been easy to work with. It's easy to implement on a business that is partially web-based, partially as a storefront. They're very easy for me to manage as the owner/operator and one of two employees for my business so it hasn't taken up too much of my time. Their processing fees have been very comparable and have beat a vast majority of places out there that I ended up looking at. Their customer service has been really responsive when I've had questions and they have a great user interface or a web-based user interface that gives you pretty much all the information you need to know when you run a business. Onboarding Clover for my company was a really easy process. The application was simple. It didn't take much time to get approved. Then I was able to handle everything I needed on my own to get it tied into my website and up and running. If you're looking into Clover for your business, make sure that you look at all the options that they have with different hardware, the ability to integrate into your different websites, what websites are supported. They worked out really well for me. I'm sure if you dig into their options, you can find a great solution for yourself too.
