Our previous website calendar system consisted of our staff manually entering events when the public would email them to us. Even with copy/pasting each field, it would take up some time to process a lot of requests. Now, we can approve or deny events with the click of a button and the public takes the time to format the events themselves. This also allows for required fields so we don't receive events with missing information.

Our user-friendly platform makes all events (free and paid, online and in-person) more discoverable, by centralizing and automating all of your event and calendar assets. With extensive integrations and an API, Localist works with all of your existing tools. And, we centralize the event listings process with a streamlined workflow.
I would give JobNimbus a four out of five. On a day-to-day basis, I use JobNimbus for scheduling jobs, ordering materials, writing notes to my teammates. So a lot of the times, we just order all our materials straight through JobNimbus to our suppliers, which is very helpful. And as well as notifying our teammates of what's going on, and it also sends out automations to our homeowners as well to help with our schedules, sending out our schedules. Things that I like about JobNimbus. I love that it syncs to Google Calendars, since we do work a lot out of our Google Calendar. I like that we're able to edit things in JobNimbus and it automatically corrects it in our JobNimbus ... I mean, in our Google Calendars, and also the fact that we can set tasks and reminders through JobNimbus that also notify us through our email, so you have that double notification reminder. A few negative things about JobNimbus is the fact that sometimes ordering through JobNimbus can be a little tricky. Things don't sync correctly, and then sometimes getting a hold of customer service can be a little bit of a problem or they're a little delayed, which kind of slows down the production for work.
JobNimbus is customer relationship management (CRM) software for construction professionals that provides fundamental features to streamline users' lead and project management requirements. It includes a proposal generator, cost estimator, task management tools, a scheduler, and invoicing tools.
We looked at many different event software solutions before deciding on Localist. It's a great product, and the customer service is unparalleled.

I'm very familiar with Localist after having used it for a few years so I'm reluctant to change to a different email merge system but I do find it to be user-friendly and easy to introduce people to.

In our particular application, there just isn't very much traffic. The idea of a dedicated event calendar can feel like too much when everyone already uses their own CRM or email lists to communicate about events. More flexible integrations would be a nice feature, like if Localist could pull in events automatically from third-party CRMs. Customizeable reminder messages and follow-up messaging would also add value.

The best CRM I have used yet! As a GC for over 25 years I have seen dozens. JobNimbus incorporates what we want and is affordable to even new start ups. Support is excellent as well.

We have been bringing on additional salesman and being able to track the leads that we distribute has allowed us to see who is weak and where. We have also used JobNimbus to increase the amount of reviews that are coming in (93 5 Stars and counting). It has allowed us to measure lead success or failure, which has whet the taste buds to have more understanding and to discover deeper ways to measure our success in other ways. It makes you realize what could be if..... When you have questions that a product like JobNimbus answers, it makes you realize that with a little extra effort, you can explode your business.
