Pictures are better. It’s so much easier to ask people to look at a diagram than it is to read a 20-page document. You can get people on the same page, and you can narrow the focus of a discussion to a specific piece of the document.

| Not only this but Lucidchart also has great collaboration features that allow users to work together on a diagram in real time |
| Moreover, Lucidchart has many keyboard shortcuts to make work a lot more efficient and fast |
| They are quite conventional among diagramming software so it took me very little time to learn |
| There is also a layering feature in Lucidchart which intuitively allows you to create diagrams within diagrams |
| In diagrams, there are also smart diagrams which keep your diagram clean and tidy. |

| The only downside I can really come up with is that Slack is less common than Microsoft Office 365, so if you are planning to use Slack outside of your own team/company, then it may be harder to coordinate as a company may not have Slack and use Teams instead. |
