Lucy vs Foxit PDF Editor

We initially hired Lucy to take care of our B2B emailed orders and then started using her for Amazon and other online marketplace orders. Allowing us to self-service and set up our own Trading Partners really accelerated our ability to see the value in Lucy. Once our customers understood the speed of automatic purchase order processing they were all on board. Lucy has become an integral part of our business and has allowed us to focus on providing better customer service instead of tediously entering orders manually.

Incredible service that has helped us process orders quickly while reducing keying errors. It alerts our team members when manual intervention is required (pricing errors, change of addresses, obsolete products). We use LUCY for processing B2B orders emailed in a PDF format from smaller customers without EDI capabilities.

This solution has the same power and capability as its competitors, but it allows for you to have the program only paying for it once, instead of the monthly model. They do have monthly models available, but they are one of the the few that still allows you to choose the option. Everything is easy to find and well labeled.

It has all the tools you need to edit, annotate, and pretty much do everything with your pdf. The best thing about it is, that it's free to use, unlike other software. It is lightweight, easy to use, and similar user interface to other software which makes it easier to use.
