As partner, I have managed to implement the platform to roughly 5k+ users. I can safely say that they are happy about what LumApps can offer. However some bugs are still giving problem. One of them is the grid

It allowed us to design a Visual Identity compliant site which Google Sites didn't. It has some good features and some annoying oversights / issues.

With LumApps we are trying to bring 60,000 people in the same place in order to reach them all with relevant messages from the group and in order to provide them with a platform where they can share best practices and learn more about what other parts of the business are working on. However, LumApps is very good for top-down messages, it's harder to allow people to share best practices or to allow them to decide what content is most relevant for them resulting in lower levels of engagement than expected.

I have tried multiple email tracking apps and software. I have left Cirrus twice and ended up coming back. Now I will never leave, it is exactly what I need.

This tool has helped us increase users adopt salesforce more to put in their activities. Its seamless sync and automated mapping for records to be linked to the right SF records. It helps do everything within inbox than logging in SF, mostly everything!

Technical support is good at sending 'canned' responses. I find myself frustrated that cirrus hasn't improved its usability. Please give me two things every month that make your 'standard' features of Gmail to SalesForce work without me having to invoke extra keystrokes or drag picklists to see all available options.

Finally, the ability to create email newsletters within LumApps is AMAZING
I use that feature twice weekly
Pretty happy to have that kind of tool in a confinement moment
I also love the permissions features
Managing content is also a breeze with the permissions workflow and the timing features on content are wonderful
Features flexibility and their implementation was easy, very good documentation."

Cons
I am missing a manual for the Imerys version we use
Some of the functions are hard to find for unexperienced users (open comments below articles in groups e.g.)
The only thing worse than the actual product is support for the product
Everything is an "FR" that will take 6 months to a year to complete, or is tagged as "functioning as designed
Forcing us into a $30K implementation consulting firm contract that did nothing to help was like setting money on fire
Totally useless and disappointing
But the implementation consulting firm you forced us into was horrible, disappointing and they are just plain bad at their jobs."

It helps sync meetings, emails and contacts to Salesforce directly through gmail and google calendar
Which is a system that all our Reps already used
We love how it can create an event or task right there in Gmail
I love Cirrus Insight so much, that I gladly put up with its issues
Because it does this automatically, and is managed from within Gmail, it makes it super easy to review contacts/accounts/opps and track emails, phone calls and meetings."

Cons
I have always had a hard time with Cirrus not working
For instance, when you restart your browser, CI will fail to load in Gmail
There is nowhere to "turn it on
" you just have to refresh the tab and wait for it to appear
No fault of Cirrus Insight
It is simply a suitability comment
Recently, for over a week they had some really bad connectivity issues where we had to login in several times per day."
