As partner, I have managed to implement the platform to roughly 5k+ users. I can safely say that they are happy about what LumApps can offer. However some bugs are still giving problem. One of them is the grid

It allowed us to design a Visual Identity compliant site which Google Sites didn't. It has some good features and some annoying oversights / issues.

With LumApps we are trying to bring 60,000 people in the same place in order to reach them all with relevant messages from the group and in order to provide them with a platform where they can share best practices and learn more about what other parts of the business are working on. However, LumApps is very good for top-down messages, it's harder to allow people to share best practices or to allow them to decide what content is most relevant for them resulting in lower levels of engagement than expected.

Cloud based application allowing access anyplace. Visually show where customers located in pipeline. Can record infromation and notes on customers that is accessable to anyene at company.

Copper syncs well with our G-mail. Allowing all communication to be captured. It also gives each user to create follow-up tasks within their calendars to track projects that they are working on.

Seamless integration with GMail, enabling new contacts to be loaded easily and without tedious manual input. Good Customer support. Ability to import/export data easily and API integration with other apps such as Linked In. A great product for those of us who never learned touch typing.

Finally, the ability to create email newsletters within LumApps is AMAZING
I use that feature twice weekly
Pretty happy to have that kind of tool in a confinement moment
I also love the permissions features
Managing content is also a breeze with the permissions workflow and the timing features on content are wonderful
Features flexibility and their implementation was easy, very good documentation."

I am missing a manual for the Imerys version we use
Some of the functions are hard to find for unexperienced users (open comments below articles in groups e.g.)
The only thing worse than the actual product is support for the product
Everything is an "FR" that will take 6 months to a year to complete, or is tagged as "functioning as designed
Forcing us into a $30K implementation consulting firm contract that did nothing to help was like setting money on fire
Totally useless and disappointing
But the implementation consulting firm you forced us into was horrible, disappointing and they are just plain bad at their jobs."

My favorite feature is the ability to link with Gmail
It is also very easy to filter through contacts, opportunities, and leads to help gain sales
I like the visibility that copper provides when onboarding new accounts
I specifically enjoy sorting through opportunities
What I most liked about this software is that it can help me with my necessities and it's complete in all aspects
I love that there's an app that works smoothly on my iPhone and iPad
This makes us super easy to work on the go or to be able to access info when away from the office."

Cons
We wanted email tracking
While Copper offers rudimentary and amateurish tracking, they have completely abandoned the feature, despite continuing to describe it on their site
When I asked about a refund for the past 10 months, they said that I should have cancelled and when I said that I did, they said prove it
TERRIBLE customer service
DECEPTIVE cancellation policy
When I contact customer service, they said that per their policy, not only was that charge valid, but that I would be charged AGAIN next month before charges stopped."
