Overall, Mailchimp is a great "my first email campaign management" tool. You'll be capturing emails and sending out marketing campaigns in no time. Simple to use, but lacking some features from more complex tools. That's not a bad thing, but you may decide to move onto something like Keap or Active Campaign if you're looking to fine tune your automations.

One of my favourite things in Mailchimp is undoubtedly customer support. Very fast and really helpful. Even if the application is very complex, they can definitely find a fast and effective solution for you. Also, they are very polite. All in all, Mailchimp is an amazing solution that just keeps on giving

With MailChimp the marketing team can work on emails they like to go with in-house with help of a designer and iterate which is a big win."

You are restricted to specific designs and formats only, which can be a little frustrating when your business doesn't match those categories
But there is a problem, when I wanted to link any picture or a sentence with a new window that is available online, I couldn't get where to I do
They have a really strange billing system that is designed in such a way that it sucks money out of you
I don't like the merge tags functionality
Almost always it ends up not working and it looks awkward and embarrasses in front of your customers."

I have used it for six month and it has some amazing features and i recommend the various clients to use it
Fairly good experience in general
I strongly recommend it to ogranizations that are looking for an all-in-one solution, especially if you are 10 or less strong
After using several other CRMs I have found that Agile offers the perfect balance of flexibility and structure I am also REALLy impressed by the marketing and tracking side too
This is a fantastic program that I've established successfully with three clients so far
I've found it excellent to use with ample support documents to set up and deploy without assistance."

The inability to cancel despite following their instructions for cancellation to a tee
Do not add your credit card information!!! I cancelled and am still getting charged
Horrible customer service
Don't use Agile unless you want to get stuck in a contract
