They sent an email asking what I thought, and I told them how impressed
Didn't expect a reply, but I did get a response thanking me for taking the time to give them feedback
It's super easy to set up, and it does exactly what you want it to do
The parsing process is a great step-by-step model that gets out really all the data you want from any email
I love it, the team was very helpful and assisting me set it up
Especially when I needed assistance with opening a pdf that has a password and in Japanese language
Incredibly useful product: great for beginners, generous free features, and will most definitely save time, propel progress, and increase productivity."

Cons
I have no idea what they have available now and I feel like I have caught the concept of the parsing (although I still wonder if I am missing some tips and tricks)
As mentioned, would prefer more integrations with Google Apps, and perhaps one slightly lower price tier for paid subscriptions
It can be a little tricky at first
Once you get your first parsing rule and integration under your belt, this gets very straightforward
It is a bit difficult to learn, and it does takes some practice enough to really master MailParser."

I have used it for six month and it has some amazing features and i recommend the various clients to use it
Fairly good experience in general
I strongly recommend it to ogranizations that are looking for an all-in-one solution, especially if you are 10 or less strong
After using several other CRMs I have found that Agile offers the perfect balance of flexibility and structure I am also REALLy impressed by the marketing and tracking side too
This is a fantastic program that I've established successfully with three clients so far
I've found it excellent to use with ample support documents to set up and deploy without assistance."

Cons
The inability to cancel despite following their instructions for cancellation to a tee
Do not add your credit card information!!! I cancelled and am still getting charged
Horrible customer service
Don't use Agile unless you want to get stuck in a contract
I told him that I was going to start writing bad reviews about Agile while I waited for his management
Eventually, he said he initiated the refund and cancelled my subscription."
