I'm quite happy with everything. We have run into some billing issues, technical issues, etc, but we did manage to get everything resolved. We were assigned a customer service rep and they've been very helpful in ironing out any problems. I've been with these guys for almost 2 years and I don't have any interest in switching to a different provider.

Better workflow for managing multiple inboxes What do you like best about Drag? I love that I can access both my personal email and business email in one location - it makes it much easier than having to toggle back and forth. I wish we could use more sub-folders with the Drag feature. It was also a little difficult to install and get going on Drag, but after some time I am getting used to how it works. Drag allows me personally to help my volunteer advocates quicker because I need to be able to see their call reports they submit for our hotline. It helps me communicate with 3rd parties more quickly if the people involved in my volunteer organization need help.

From travel blogging to sci-fi or piano, we have different skills, but the one we have in common is our entrepreneurial spirit that runs through the team and sparks lots of innovation and fun.
Birdeye's ability to integrate with a wide variety of patient management systems (PMS) for review generation is exceptional and sets this product apart from anything else we can find. Our clients use a wide variety of PMSs, and Birdeye integrates with nearly all of them. If they don't they'll work on finding a solution to bring automation to the system.

Best thing for us about Birdeye is the integrations with multiple dental patient management systems. Most offices don't want to take the time to learn a new platform so integration is key and Birdeye has the most options.

"Fantastic Way to Organize Tasks" What do you like best about Drag? I like the ease of use. Simply drag and drop into whatever column to organize. My team uses it for help requests and as a platform to handle incoming requests to join our site. It has made the organization of incoming requests easier to handle and put it all in one unified space so everyone has access to work on requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Drag? When we get a bunch of requests or when the pileup over time, it would be nice to have some better search functionality. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? How we were originally handling requests was through our individual emails, making it difficult to coordinate tasks. Drag allows for a unified space for all items to go through and creates an easy-to-use and well put together platform to handle what our team does daily.

"It's basically the holy grail for efficiently managing multiple inboxes." What do you like best about Drag? The "reply as" feature is a huge time saver if you manage several inboxes and typically find yourself loggin into and out of your accounts constantly. The Internal chat in each card really prevents miscommunication and is also nice for efficiency's sake; you don't have to leave your board and can really quickly work through your messages. I like that you can both label *and* color code your cards, because I like to be able to quickly see where things stand and colors really do the trick for me. It would be cool if there were a stealth mode, because sometimes I like to scan through things just to get an idea of where tomorrow stands without actually taking action. Recommendations to others considering Drag: If you're overwhelmed by high volume inboxes that involve multiple stakeholders and you need a way to cut down on the back-and-forth, quickly assess where things stand, and prevent important things from falling through the cracks, don't hesitate -- Drag is your answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest issue we're solving is managing workflows inside multiply-managed inboxes. Knowing that someone has taken action on a message and moved it to a different stage of the workflow w/ just a glance is huge and goes a long way toward eliminating redundancies and also keeping things from falling through the cracks. It's a life saver for accountability and efficiency.

"Review of Drag" What do you like best about Drag? I that we can collaborate in our personal email. It makes it easier not to have to log in to different emails. I don't like that there are not any of the folders that we have in our email. Sure, there are boards, but not the folders to place our files in. If I could change anything, that's what I would do.
