I'm quite happy with everything. We have run into some billing issues, technical issues, etc, but we did manage to get everything resolved. We were assigned a customer service rep and they've been very helpful in ironing out any problems. I've been with these guys for almost 2 years and I don't have any interest in switching to a different provider.

Overall: Fiix MACMMS is very reliable and easy to use in our hotel especially our engineering department. Beforem they are using Excel to record all work order until work completed and it's very hard for us to trace the work order because of this manual system. But after deploying the FIIX, our job makes easier and the response time to attend to our guests' needs is now very fast.
Fiix is the platform that integrates mobile asset management, work order, and parts management. It is the most open integration network and AI-driven insights. Users can now connect shop floor IoT solutions, parts suppliers, contractors, and corporate IT systems.
Birdeye's ability to integrate with a wide variety of patient management systems (PMS) for review generation is exceptional and sets this product apart from anything else we can find. Our clients use a wide variety of PMSs, and Birdeye integrates with nearly all of them. If they don't they'll work on finding a solution to bring automation to the system.

Best thing for us about Birdeye is the integrations with multiple dental patient management systems. Most offices don't want to take the time to learn a new platform so integration is key and Birdeye has the most options.

Very difficult onboarding process, limited support when issues arise. Directory listing service is not up to par with other providers like text.

"Fiix Fixed our Maintenance Organization" Pros: Fiix is an incredible package for companies looking for a flexible CMMS. The Work Order System and it's flexibility to schedule tickets to Machines, Assets or Projects is very useful in our organization. We have a smaller maintenance department so we mix our activities with both in-house and contracted technicians. The Work Order system allows for us to assign an open ticket to a project that can then be tracked and closed after the vendor has completed the work. Cons: When it comes to a downside to this software I haven't really found one yet. The customer service and flexibility has made it very easy to transition. If I had to point to one thing it would be that we could reuse some of our field names from the old database, but this was easily overcome by a great on-boarding. experience

Overall: Our goal was to implement a system to manage assets, work orders and parts. Fiix offers all those solutions with the ability to integrate. System is easy to use and support is quick. Experienced some implementation challenges with some technical issues that took a long time to resolve. That is one area for improvement.

"A robust platform for a complete maintenance management" What do you like best about Fiix? Fiix offers some great features, to name a few it allows one to automatically schedule maintenance and you can easily track the cycle as well. You can easily add assets and I like how everyone from the department can access it be technicians or warehouse managers. The mobile app is also user-friendly and comes in handy all the time. What problems is Fiix solving and how is that benefiting you? We used Fiix for maintenance management, asset and inventory management. We could easily track, manage and optimize the schedules. It also helped in audits. We used work order systems to manage tickets which simplified our process. Overall it has enabled us to make data-driven decisions.
