VisualCron's customer service has been the most beneficial part of the relationship. They tend to respond within an hour or less in most cases. The automation suite is very easy to use after a little bit of a learning curve. I cannot recommend this software enough. It saves our organization hundreds of hours, allowed us to replace an aging Alert Server, helped us schedule report printing cutting down on wasted paper, and has enabled us to create integrations that would have been far more difficult otherwise. Being able to execute a command line allowed us to greatly increase the capability of the automation suite as well.

an amazing tool to use, we are using VisualCron 9.9.5, a nice tool for running multiple jobs with scheduled tasks and monitoring them can use features like sync server object, windows failover cluster, certificates etc, can connect to the server and verify what jobs are running and what is the status for them. I recommended this tool especially for running multiple jobs as part of automation and for easy monitoring them.
