"Nothing Saves Time Like Edgar Does" What do you like best about MeetEdgar? I love that you can setup campaigns to recycle content on a custom schedule. The schedule is visual and you can see what category of content is going to go out and when. The queue is easy to manage and add content. It also pulls in data from my website's news feed to make it easy to remember to create posts for it. I love that it will analyze the copy on a link and come up with suggestions for posting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MeetEdgar? There is a bit of a learning curve on setting the schedules and I do have to tweak periodically. I also find it frustrating that I can't customize the content across platforms in one post. For example, if you want to tag twitter handles in a post, you can only set that content to go on twitter. What problems is MeetEdgar solving and how is that benefiting you? Not enough staff to keep social feeds active. Meet Edgar helps me keep my social feeds active while recycling content throughout its lifecycle. It frees me up to work on other things since social media is only one very small part of my job.

"Complete solution for CRM and process automation" What do you like best about Creatio? For us the main advantages of Creatio are that the system is flexible and easily customizable. We were looking for replacements for several legacy systems running in parallel (maintaining customer details, invoicing and for CRM and sales matters). We were able to easily adapt Creatio to our requirements and received competent support from the manufacturer and the project partner involved, for example on the subject of interfaces and integrations. Creatio proved to be a powerful system that not only serves as CRM software, but also enables us to structure, control and evaluate processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Creatio? There was no Sharepoint integration out of the box. Outlook integration is there, but could be improved. A translation of the user interface into German is available, but incomplete, so that additional work had to be done here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Creatio: Avoid thinking of Creatio as just CRM software. The software has considerably more potential, which should be considered when planning a project. We were able to avoid the effort of operating multiple parallel systems (multiple maintenance of data, synchronization of the data, maintenance of the softwares). At the same time, we achieve a better overview and understanding of customer needs.

"No-code platform for high-quality customer service" What do you like best about Creatio? The system provides you with the tools to create workflows that mirror your business processes. You can configure out-of-the-box solutions and adjust workflows as company requirements change. The platform allowed building custom workflows to automatically assign agents to a case based on the service type. Creatio is integrated with our ticketing system to manage ticket purchases and returns. Thanks to the integration with hot spots, we have an additional opportunity to collect customer info. Beesender Chatbot helps to interact with our customers and transfer their requests. Dashboards and analytics allow to be hands-on with service efficiency.

It posts content on the last-in-first-out basis and it lets you add multiple variations of posts for the same piece of content.It's easy to manage multiple accounts at once.It's very user-friendly and it's easy to get a hang of it.

The reporting is very limited
There's no dashboards or easy way to track how your posts are performing.Honestly, that's the only recommendation I have—everything else works great!
