Salesforce clunky, very expensive and the team hated it. As a small business we didn't use 30% of it. Pipedrive was ok, but very simple and seemed to suit a very small team. It lacked multiple pipelines and didnt have the integration to Gsuite that Copper provided. Hubspot free was very simple and the full paid version of hubspot was super expensive. I didn't need the marketing features at all. Copper also had a better user experience and gsuite integration.

Copper is the easy-to-use CRM for businesses on Google Workspace looking to manage more sales leads & grow customer relationships but don't have time for data entry, repetitive admin tasks, or complicated tools. Copper integrates with Gmail and other Google Apps, so it logs all your emails and other interactions to the right contact for you. You can also see your sales and relationship essentials from email threads, to past interactions, to tasks... all in one place.
It seems like it can handle everything I need it to do and it integrates perfectly with quickbooks which makes it very practical.

We are trying to implement a CRM tool to use with our existing Quickbooks system. Overall, the integration somehow works, however not as advertised as "magical" it would be. Lots of customization effort has to be done to get it to where we want it to be.

Copper syncs well with our G-mail. Allowing all communication to be captured. It also gives each user to create follow-up tasks within their calendars to track projects that they are working on.

Seamless integration with GMail, enabling new contacts to be loaded easily and without tedious manual input. Good Customer support. Ability to import/export data easily and API integration with other apps such as Linked In. A great product for those of us who never learned touch typing.
