I have noticed some features like the queue have tended to be a little buggy for me at times (when I try to reorganize posts, they jump back to the original order) . I think it would be extremely helpful to be able to add several pipelines that operate similar to the queue (continue adding posts for different social networks and have these queues work independently of each other). For example, I could set up one queue that publishes a specific type of content weekly and another queue that publishes a different type of content daily.

I love the ability to keep a record of each activity and opportunities
Being able to customize things has been great for our company
This product does integrate with QB, and allows you cloud access to an otherwise noncloud QB file
It has many powerful customizable features, including a powerful new template designer

Cons
Jobs were no longer being overlooked because of human error
Sales tracking was non-existent before Method
Before that everything was done manually very hard to follow and keep track of the work
But because of the bad experience of trying to customize it and have the same tracking ability as CiviCRM, I basically wasted 6-months fooling around with it
I wasn't handed off to someone else, just dropped
Method appears to subscribe to the same LACK of service, the service industry has morphed into."

That you can have all the content in one place and create your posts for all different channels in one place
Also that you can import content from the website, have brand message, mission, etc
all unified
A very good new social media tool.
Cons
Takes a bit of time to learn how to use
Too expensive for normal solopreneurs
The basic plan allows only 5 social media accounts, while others for half the price allows 10 social media accounts
And it is true, you might not be able to do all the content creation in one place on other tools as on trylately, but still a too costly price
However, I can agree it is a tool for people already on a certain level.
