We have not seen the benefits we thought we would get. The software is not up to Needles and trying to make it do some of the old function is not easy. Several vendors we looked at to help us knew Sales Force but had no idea what Litify did or how a law firm operates. It has been many months and we still do not have a system up to par and we keep the Needles system running.

Their comprehensive approach to CRM was very cool and helpful
I love the ability to keep a record of each activity and opportunities
Being able to customize things has been great for our company
This product does integrate with QB, and allows you cloud access to an otherwise noncloud QB file
It has many powerful customizable features, including a powerful new template designer

Jobs were no longer being overlooked because of human error
Sales tracking was non-existent before Method
Before that everything was done manually very hard to follow and keep track of the work
But because of the bad experience of trying to customize it and have the same tracking ability as CiviCRM, I basically wasted 6-months fooling around with it
I wasn't handed off to someone else, just dropped
Method appears to subscribe to the same LACK of service, the service industry has morphed into."

Cons
We integrated litify with our Salesforce and it has ruined Salesforce
Many times, we would have to open tab after tab to get an answer
There were errors that would consistently (multiple times a week) happen that would DELETE information
The fact that they tied themselves to Salesforce caused many headaches that involved an unacceptable answer of "Sorry we cannot do anything about it, because of Salesforce
Self customizations may be too difficult for some users requiring to hire a Salesforce Administrator which can be expensive."
