We are trying to implement a CRM tool to use with our existing Quickbooks system. Overall, the integration somehow works, however not as advertised as "magical" it would be. Lots of customization effort has to be done to get it to where we want it to be.

The OfficeSpace Software went from a basic need to manage workplace moves and has ended up providing way more than we ever thought. The additions keep coming along with expanded reporting. The customer support is by far the best I have come across as they are always very responsive and have been great at communicating whether it is something we need assistance with (change to floorplan) or have a question on a possible need we have
