I have been using this CRM from last 3 years for one of our lead generation project. Initially, it took time to customize, with the help of developer we customize this as per our requirement. And after that till date, we never faced any major issues.

I would rate Replicon a 5 out of 5 stars. Before Replicon, as the manager, I was doing everything manually, simply with Excel spreadsheets. And so we needed a software that was going to allow us to be a little bit more efficient in our employee time tracking and also performance tracking as well. I looked into some others, but nothing that really offered me the flexibility that I was looking for. Replicon by far was the most flexible of all the different options that I looked at. I felt that it was the easiest for our end users, for my employees to use as far as clock-in, clock-out functionality is concerned. Also for myself on the back end, as the manager, it had the reports that I was looking for and also the ease of use to put together what I needed for each pay period. Integration of Replicon was quite simple actually, we had a designated representative with the company that I had frequent contact with that asked me specifically what we were looking for as far as flexibility is concerned. I had some very specific needs for them, and they were able to translate that into reporting tools that we were looking for. So integration was simple. The uploading of data was simple that we needed to have happen, and it happened in a decent timeframe as well. Replicon I feel is great for scalability. If you are a smaller business with a few end users that you're looking to simply and accurately track time, as well as to track processes or to check performance, Replicon will do that for you. Replicon is easy to work with, and also has some flexibility with their reporting tools that they can offer as well. So I think it depends on the size of your corporation and what you're looking for, but they've definitely been a great partner to work with.

It seems like it can handle everything I need it to do and it integrates perfectly with quickbooks which makes it very practical.

We are trying to implement a CRM tool to use with our existing Quickbooks system. Overall, the integration somehow works, however not as advertised as "magical" it would be. Lots of customization effort has to be done to get it to where we want it to be.

I give Replicon a four out of five stars. For more reviews like this, click the link below. Replicon helps us keep our timesheets organized. We work with a lot of different vendors, and we need to attribute the time that we've worked on each of our projects accordingly, to each of the different projects. The thing I like most about Replicon is that it's easy to search through the list of all the different vendors that we use and the different products that we offer them and to be able to select each of those. And they have their own line items before each week that I need to put time in for my timesheet. Replicon is great for most things. And I could use with a little bit of a UI uplift; it still seems a little on the older side. But for the most part, it does its purpose. It serves well in its capacity.

My experience with Replicon has been great. They worked through transitioning us to their Gen 3 platform and it went great. Their support was able to fix any problems we encountered with implementation. They are extremely patient with getting us set up with a complicated integration project with another service.
