What do you like best about actiTIME? actiTIME allows you to keep all the projects and tasks of the company organized in one place, it is a very useful tool currently and can be used in any company. actiTIME has all the necessary functions that allow you to schedule and follow up the various daily tasks of the company or schedule the pending projects to be done. Some of the main functions of actiTIME are: - It allows you to have a follow-up time on a weekly time sheet. - Follow up on pending tasks. - Collect data using useful reporting tools. - Obtain accurate information for customer billing. - Analyze the cost of various work activities. Overall I have had a really good experience, anytime I have ran into a problem which is not very often but my problems have been resolved in a professional and expediential matter that allowed my business to continue to operate. The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations. Resorted to doing a lot of it manually. As a CRM, it was pleasantly functional until they jacked the prices up after the HomeAdvisor affiliation came in full-bore. Home Advisor's shortfalls are a whole other dissertation.

The automatic linking with HomeAdvisor worked well usually
When it did, sending out text message alerts for new leads was a nice feature
Useful helps us on a daily basis keep track of our estimates and appointments
It was extremely easy for our employees to use when they had issues that were IT related
Made it extremely easy to track all the open tickets of issues across the state
Being able to automate is a great feature for our business."

Not only is this the SLOWEST software I have ever come into contact with, they also have the worst customer support
Terrible Customer Service from the beginning
They entered all our information for us to get started and then it took months for us to get it the way it would work for us
Inventory does not sync well with Quick Books
Customer portal has lame search features for my customers
At times, there seems to be a delay in the connection."

Our only DOwnside is the calculation of Vacation Hours
No Automatic calculations for a % based off of Hours Worked
Requiring the user to manually synchronize data from the phone application is clunky, error prone and unnecessary
Other time trackers I use do not require manual synchronization
Ultimately the security certificate problem was unsolvable but that is a problem with my computer."
