The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations. Resorted to doing a lot of it manually. As a CRM, it was pleasantly functional until they jacked the prices up after the HomeAdvisor affiliation came in full-bore. Home Advisor's shortfalls are a whole other dissertation.

"Good tool for work management and hour logs" What do you like best about awork? There is a way to log your time spent on tasks. You can view the monthly, weekly and daily view of hours. What do you dislike about awork? the stack view of tasks gets difficult to read if the time spent on it was 10 mins, you have to click edit in order to check the time and title for it. "Awork, an automatic project management tool." What do you like best about awork? Awork greatly organizes projects and tasks and has great integration of time tracking. We can organize customers and assign them projects which is not available in other software. It has a beautiful clear design which allows us quick and easy collaboration. I love the automation. We are not able to tag other users. I feel like priority tags are missing. The web interface consumes a high battery sometimes. When it did, sending out text message alerts for new leads was a nice feature
Useful helps us on a daily basis keep track of our estimates and appointments
It was extremely easy for our employees to use when they had issues that were IT related
Made it extremely easy to track all the open tickets of issues across the state
Being able to automate is a great feature for our business."

Not only is this the SLOWEST software I have ever come into contact with, they also have the worst customer support
Terrible Customer Service from the beginning
They entered all our information for us to get started and then it took months for us to get it the way it would work for us
