Fantastic giving platform and company What do you like best about Spark by Benevity? Benevity makes it very easy for our employees to make charitable donations and make a corporate match with just a few clicks. Recommendations to others considering Spark by Benevity: The Benevity platform is easy for our employees to use and easy from an administrative standpoint too. It enables employees to quickly donate or donate and match to their favorite charities. We can promote causes as a business for events or crisis response (natural disasters, etc.). We can also promote volunteer opportunities, which is very helpful for our employees. The implementation team is great and transitioning from our old vendor to Benevity was easy. We've also expanded our platform and the implementation for that was smooth. Our Customer Relationship Manager is always available to help with questions and the Benevity Help team is also very responsive. It's a great platform with great support and service. What problems is Spark by Benevity solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to easily promote our matching gift program to employees - we match up to $1,000 USD per employee annually. We have strong quality control, tracking and reporting with Benevity. We can promote giving campaigns for various events or global issues - disaster relief, etc.

Overall I have had a really good experience, anytime I have ran into a problem which is not very often but my problems have been resolved in a professional and expediential matter that allowed my business to continue to operate. You can keep an open line of communication with your customers on work order status or any problems that arise during the work order.

The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations. Resorted to doing a lot of it manually. As a CRM, it was pleasantly functional until they jacked the prices up after the HomeAdvisor affiliation came in full-bore. Home Advisor's shortfalls are a whole other dissertation.
