The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations. Resorted to doing a lot of it manually. As a CRM, it was pleasantly functional until they jacked the prices up after the HomeAdvisor affiliation came in full-bore. Home Advisor's shortfalls are a whole other dissertation.

This tool has helped us increase users adopt salesforce more to put in their activities. Its seamless sync and automated mapping for records to be linked to the right SF records. It helps do everything within inbox than logging in SF, mostly everything!

Technical support is good at sending 'canned' responses. I find myself frustrated that cirrus hasn't improved its usability. Please give me two things every month that make your 'standard' features of Gmail to SalesForce work without me having to invoke extra keystrokes or drag picklists to see all available options.

The automatic linking with HomeAdvisor worked well usually
When it did, sending out text message alerts for new leads was a nice feature
Useful helps us on a daily basis keep track of our estimates and appointments
It was extremely easy for our employees to use when they had issues that were IT related
Made it extremely easy to track all the open tickets of issues across the state
Being able to automate is a great feature for our business."

Not only is this the SLOWEST software I have ever come into contact with, they also have the worst customer support
Terrible Customer Service from the beginning
They entered all our information for us to get started and then it took months for us to get it the way it would work for us
Inventory does not sync well with Quick Books
Customer portal has lame search features for my customers
At times, there seems to be a delay in the connection."

It helps sync meetings, emails and contacts to Salesforce directly through gmail and google calendar
Which is a system that all our Reps already used
We love how it can create an event or task right there in Gmail
I love Cirrus Insight so much, that I gladly put up with its issues
Because it does this automatically, and is managed from within Gmail, it makes it super easy to review contacts/accounts/opps and track emails, phone calls and meetings."

I have always had a hard time with Cirrus not working
For instance, when you restart your browser, CI will fail to load in Gmail
There is nowhere to "turn it on
" you just have to refresh the tab and wait for it to appear
No fault of Cirrus Insight
It is simply a suitability comment
Recently, for over a week they had some really bad connectivity issues where we had to login in several times per day."
