The Outlook integration is phenomenal! Not only the integration with the groupware itself, but also that it integrates into the infrastructure we already have in place. Another plus is that the program doesn't force you to adopt a formal project framework. It lets you use just the features you need, and you can work in a way that adjust to existing processes. I found their staff particularly helpful. The consultants really listen to their clients and provide hands on support as needed.

It features classical project management capabilities like Gantt chart planning, resource allocation & workload management, time tracking and budgeting, and document management, and pairs them with flexible task management in Kanban boards. InLoox now! Web App facilitates collaboration among teams with the InLoox Chat, the project notes function, the project history, and email notifications. This helps keeping everyone on the team up to date and prevents missing due dates or changes in the project. For temporary project team members, the role of contributor is ideal. Otherwise, user-based and role-based permissions ensure clearly defined responsibilities and prevent unauthorized access to sensitive date.

The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations. Resorted to doing a lot of it manually. As a CRM, it was pleasantly functional until they jacked the prices up after the HomeAdvisor affiliation came in full-bore. Home Advisor's shortfalls are a whole other dissertation.

Out of all the PM solutions we tested, InLoox was the most stable and easy to use. Also, the seamless Outlook integration really makes switching to InLoox easy. Pros: - great value for money - ideal for teams that are already using Outlook and use email to communicate - we really like that you can attach emails and files to tasks/projects and that is then indicated in the email - you never lose track of documents - our developers like the Gantt chart, the marketing guys like the mind mapping feature - easy implementation and regular updates - super friendly and helpful support team Cons: - The list of functions needs to be improved - We'd love to see risk management implemented - More help/tutorial videos would be great, though customer support is really excellent

InLoox PM is a project management software that offers a lot of features, but is still easy to use. The Outlook integretation has been mentioned a lot in other reviews, and it really is one of it's strongest point. Our company has been using Outlook ever since, which is why InLoox was immediately familar to the team.

We had been working with a different tool before but weren't happy with it. We were looking for a project tool that would fit into the software infrastructure we were already using, that included features that cover the entire project cycle and is still easy to use. After testing quite a few options we chose InLoox because it integrates perfectly with Outlook and for its user-friendly interface. Instead of training my team on how to use the software they were able to work with the tool immediately.

When it did, sending out text message alerts for new leads was a nice feature

Not only is this the SLOWEST software I have ever come into contact with, they also have the worst customer support
