I would give JobNimbus a four out of five. On a day-to-day basis, I use JobNimbus for scheduling jobs, ordering materials, writing notes to my teammates. So a lot of the times, we just order all our materials straight through JobNimbus to our suppliers, which is very helpful. And as well as notifying our teammates of what's going on, and it also sends out automations to our homeowners as well to help with our schedules, sending out our schedules. Things that I like about JobNimbus. I love that it syncs to Google Calendars, since we do work a lot out of our Google Calendar. I like that we're able to edit things in JobNimbus and it automatically corrects it in our JobNimbus ... I mean, in our Google Calendars, and also the fact that we can set tasks and reminders through JobNimbus that also notify us through our email, so you have that double notification reminder. A few negative things about JobNimbus is the fact that sometimes ordering through JobNimbus can be a little tricky. Things don't sync correctly, and then sometimes getting a hold of customer service can be a little bit of a problem or they're a little delayed, which kind of slows down the production for work.

Overall I have had a really good experience, anytime I have ran into a problem which is not very often but my problems have been resolved in a professional and expediential matter that allowed my business to continue to operate. The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations. Resorted to doing a lot of it manually. As a CRM, it was pleasantly functional until they jacked the prices up after the HomeAdvisor affiliation came in full-bore. Home Advisor's shortfalls are a whole other dissertation.

We have been bringing on additional salesman and being able to track the leads that we distribute has allowed us to see who is weak and where. We have also used JobNimbus to increase the amount of reviews that are coming in (93 5 Stars and counting). The automatic linking with HomeAdvisor worked well usually
When it did, sending out text message alerts for new leads was a nice feature
Useful helps us on a daily basis keep track of our estimates and appointments

Not only is this the SLOWEST software I have ever come into contact with, they also have the worst customer support
Terrible Customer Service from the beginning
They entered all our information for us to get started and then it took months for us to get it the way it would work for us
Inventory does not sync well with Quick Books
Customer portal has lame search features for my customers

I absolutely hate how difficult it is to actually set the date and time for a lead appointment with the mobile app
TERRIBLE mobile apps (IOS & Android)
It's so bad our field guys have resorted to opening the desktop version on their browsers
They must do some type of maintnence monthly because all of the syncing functions fail to work one weekend a month
They do not tell you when its going to be and play stupid when you enquire about it."
