Overall I have had a really good experience, anytime I have ran into a problem which is not very often but my problems have been resolved in a professional and expediential matter that allowed my business to continue to operate. The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations. Resorted to doing a lot of it manually. As a CRM, it was pleasantly functional until they jacked the prices up after the HomeAdvisor affiliation came in full-bore. Home Advisor's shortfalls are a whole other dissertation.

"Customization to meet requirements is a key factor" What do you like best about Kissflow? I had very good support from Kissflow when I was evaluating the product. The solutions engineer allowed me to work through my thought process and gave me extra time to test the product while I worked through flushing out the process with the key stakeholder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Kissflow? After a lot of time invested it became clear that I was using the wrong Kissflow product. That was frustrating. I find the software is limited in aspects of functionality that we needed and would have been helpful. Such as adding a hyperlink to a field and havig it be clickable. I found setting up integrations to be confusing and limited. Understanding how tasks fit into the system was confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Kissflow: The software is flexible but remember that there are different Kissflow software products. I started off thinking one product was the right one and found out weeks later that a different product was actually a better fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you? I was able to get a new business unit organized with software that they were as use and liked. While I'm not sure that we will keep this process in Kissflow ;"(since it's disconnected from other software processes ) it allowed me to get this project done with quality and a satisfied user.

It is an easy to design, deploy and use Business Process Management with low code. We have been able to digitize most of our business process using kissflow and our approval process have been faster thereby reducing our cost of running business.
