The most helpful factors of Lucidspark is how I am able to create my own workflow processes with a variety of different shapes, direction and own "expression" through the platform. Other competitors don't have well thought of platforms where it has been used many times throughout my business. Adding users to the same "worksheet" helps build indepth processes for different projects, all at the same time.

Overall I have had a really good experience, anytime I have ran into a problem which is not very often but my problems have been resolved in a professional and expediential matter that allowed my business to continue to operate. The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations. Resorted to doing a lot of it manually. As a CRM, it was pleasantly functional until they jacked the prices up after the HomeAdvisor affiliation came in full-bore. Home Advisor's shortfalls are a whole other dissertation.

Lucidspark is easy for everyone to pick up, the best part about it is that I can have people in design sessions that and they can pick it up within 3 minutes. Its easy to use implement and get different departments together and give some visibility on projects.

In my opinion, the pros, and cons are pretty evenly balanced, making Lucidspark a no-go for me. At least it would have been for me had I been evaluating integration for the whole company. Fortunately, all I did was collect and tally votes, including my own "Maybe," in the engineering team opinion poll after trialing the product. While I occasionally still use Lucidspark, other programs remain my go-to.

The automatic linking with HomeAdvisor worked well usually
When it did, sending out text message alerts for new leads was a nice feature
Useful helps us on a daily basis keep track of our estimates and appointments
It was extremely easy for our employees to use when they had issues that were IT related
Made it extremely easy to track all the open tickets of issues across the state
Being able to automate is a great feature for our business."

Not only is this the SLOWEST software I have ever come into contact with, they also have the worst customer support
Terrible Customer Service from the beginning
They entered all our information for us to get started and then it took months for us to get it the way it would work for us
Inventory does not sync well with Quick Books
Customer portal has lame search features for my customers
At times, there seems to be a delay in the connection."

I think that in the days of COVID this is great product for Teams to use
It feels like you are in a conference room hashing through brainstorming exercises
Specially with COVID remote working from home situation, I found it to be really useful to do whiteboarding for the team and ideation
I don't think there's a better solution out there to be honest
Wonderfully easy and useful tool
Shared with many friends and colleagues
I had the opportunity to make some very nice and useful presentations for my colleagues."

The options for templates seem a little limited right now
Not quite as advanced as Mural or Miro
Missing some facilitation features
I did not find anything that stood out as being hard to use with this software
