It's a versatile tool with lots of options for customization. I can see large or small organizations getting great use from the functions, with a careful assessment of your individual needs. Lots of ways to visualize progress on projects. It also has paths for simplifying the user experience for different members of the team. What I/we perhaps like most about the software is the ability to not only plan the project, but assign resources (allocate) at different increments (hours, % of FTE, days) - and to have that information push automatically to the individual owners of those allocations for task management and time reporting.

The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations. Resorted to doing a lot of it manually. As a CRM, it was pleasantly functional until they jacked the prices up after the HomeAdvisor affiliation came in full-bore. Home Advisor's shortfalls are a whole other dissertation.

Overall: Planisware was not very responsive during implementation to completing tasks, following up on items requested or issues found. They either don't respond at all or don't respond quickly through their service desk requests for issues, questions, upgrade ideas, etc.

Overall: The Planisware Orchestra team is knowledgeable, very easy to work with and are very collaborative in gathering requirements, deployment and providing on-going support. In addition Planisware has a lot of experience with Planning and Portfolio Management. Planisware has forums to discuss and share experiences and expertise with other users, they also implement improvements to their tools by listening to the needs of their customers

The automatic linking with HomeAdvisor worked well usually
When it did, sending out text message alerts for new leads was a nice feature
Useful helps us on a daily basis keep track of our estimates and appointments
It was extremely easy for our employees to use when they had issues that were IT related
Made it extremely easy to track all the open tickets of issues across the state
Being able to automate is a great feature for our business."

Not only is this the SLOWEST software I have ever come into contact with, they also have the worst customer support
Terrible Customer Service from the beginning
They entered all our information for us to get started and then it took months for us to get it the way it would work for us
Inventory does not sync well with Quick Books
