Overall I have had a really good experience, anytime I have ran into a problem which is not very often but my problems have been resolved in a professional and expediential matter that allowed my business to continue to operate. The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations. Resorted to doing a lot of it manually. As a CRM, it was pleasantly functional until they jacked the prices up after the HomeAdvisor affiliation came in full-bore. Home Advisor's shortfalls are a whole other dissertation.

hese people are vultures. Holy heck they are one of the least customer friendly companies I've ever interacted with. The Comcast of sales tools... We bought SalesLoft for a year and told them we didn't want to renew. They billed us anyways. We asked for a refund, and they said one could not be provided. I had to file a chargeback with the credit card company in order to finally get a refund. We asked if we could get our data exported, and of course they said they aren't able to do that. We asked if we can trial the product (since we hired a new sales person) in order to access our data, and they said they don't offer trials. They have a minimum of 2 seats even though we only have 1 salesperson. Honestly these guys couldn't care less about their customers or doing anything friendly at all, they're basically the worst company I've interacted with in recent history.

The automatic linking with HomeAdvisor worked well usually
When it did, sending out text message alerts for new leads was a nice feature
Useful helps us on a daily basis keep track of our estimates and appointments
It was extremely easy for our employees to use when they had issues that were IT related
Made it extremely easy to track all the open tickets of issues across the state
Being able to automate is a great feature for our business."

Not only is this the SLOWEST software I have ever come into contact with, they also have the worst customer support
Terrible Customer Service from the beginning
They entered all our information for us to get started and then it took months for us to get it the way it would work for us
Inventory does not sync well with Quick Books
Customer portal has lame search features for my customers
At times, there seems to be a delay in the connection."

Pros
Overall I had a great experience, easy to track previous touches with a contact, great dialer, and pretty good with cadences
It even keeps track of the metrics for each cadence
This is great for beginner BDRs who are reaching out to multiple people a day
Very good, this is the 2nd company that I've utilized Salesloft and I've enjoyed both experiences
Very easy to set up individual or team templates and cadences
Good dynamic content and personalisation options."
Cons
More bugs than a low budget apartment in a bad neighborhood
Dialer is bad and slow calls frequently do not log- Salesforce integration is bad
This software can be hard to use due to lagging and many technical issues
Sometimes it will un-sync its self from my email, run slow, not load, etc
Also, it's hard to get answers from customer service
We are so unhappy with their behavior we are switching to Outreach even though Salesloft refuses to release our company from the contract."
