Overall: I cannot say enough positive things about the team members I have directly interacted with at Sciforma. From the trainers, to my Customer Success Manager, to members of the support and product development teams. Everyone is accommodating, helpful and collaborative. I was already confident that Sciforma as a solution was the right choice for my organization's needs; the people supporting you are outstanding too! One thing to be prepared for is that the back-end can be a little daunting for admins who are not well-versed in both system configuration and project management. If you are not that comfortable, you will still have a wonderful support team to help you.

Sciforma 7.1 is an industry-leading PPM tool. Robust, easy-to-use, quick-to-implement and functionally scalable, it is designed to meet the strategic, executive and reporting needs of PMOs. Sciforma PPM supports PMOs with a number of critical PPM capabilities: Idea & Demand Management, Portfolio & Program Management, Planning, Work & Collaboration Management, Resource Management, and Time Tracking. Reporting tools are also available on demand for executives and managers.
Overall I have had a really good experience, anytime I have ran into a problem which is not very often but my problems have been resolved in a professional and expediential matter that allowed my business to continue to operate. You can keep an open line of communication with your customers on work order status or any problems that arise during the work order.

The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations. Resorted to doing a lot of it manually. As a CRM, it was pleasantly functional until they jacked the prices up after the HomeAdvisor affiliation came in full-bore. Home Advisor's shortfalls are a whole other dissertation.

Overall: Overall, I have had an average experience with SciForma. It's excels in record-keeping but can be quite clunky to use. I wish the UI/UX would be improved so using SciForma wouldn't be as hard to use than it currently is.

Overall: Sciforma allows us to centralize our projects, to have a consolidated view of load and capacity plans and therefore the distribution of resources. It allows to benefit from a status of project progress and to plan activities up to a micro level. We therefore use it mainly for project planning and load plan view.
