The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations. Resorted to doing a lot of it manually. As a CRM, it was pleasantly functional until they jacked the prices up after the HomeAdvisor affiliation came in full-bore. Home Advisor's shortfalls are a whole other dissertation.

Overall, I've enjoyed Thryv. It's a bit more expensive than I ultimately can afford right now (being as my business is relatively new and still trying to grow). But, I'm going to stick with it and put in the work to make it a success. Thryv will be of great benefit especially when the ball gets to rolling really well.

Confusing. My Google info, is not accurate. Says I am based in a different city. Has photos of my personal home when searched. And I keep getting calls that my business is called VIP mobile salon. I thought Thryv would handle my online presence?

The automatic linking with HomeAdvisor worked well usually
When it did, sending out text message alerts for new leads was a nice feature
Useful helps us on a daily basis keep track of our estimates and appointments
It was extremely easy for our employees to use when they had issues that were IT related
Made it extremely easy to track all the open tickets of issues across the state
Being able to automate is a great feature for our business."

Not only is this the SLOWEST software I have ever come into contact with, they also have the worst customer support
Terrible Customer Service from the beginning
They entered all our information for us to get started and then it took months for us to get it the way it would work for us
Inventory does not sync well with Quick Books
Customer portal has lame search features for my customers
At times, there seems to be a delay in the connection."

I am still learning and still developing new habits to work with this system, but I feel very confident that, because they are committed to helping me, we will reap a good ROI with this service

Cons
This is the worse thing I've ever wasted money on in my 13 years of business
It can not connect to a dialer system which i need really bad may have to get another crm due to this issue
I cancelled after the first month for them failing to deliver anything at all and they charged me again 4 times in 3 days and claim I'm stuck with a 6 month contract
I am now requesting cancellation and they still giving me the run-around
I have made it clear that if I don't get a refund I will file a complaint with the bank "fraud" claim."
