Overall I have had a really good experience, anytime I have ran into a problem which is not very often but my problems have been resolved in a professional and expediential matter that allowed my business to continue to operate. The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations. Resorted to doing a lot of it manually. As a CRM, it was pleasantly functional until they jacked the prices up after the HomeAdvisor affiliation came in full-bore. Home Advisor's shortfalls are a whole other dissertation.

Workfront is very good because it determines a high level in the form and distribution of activities, helps to collaborate with the most solid projects and can guide the development with multiple strategies framed in favor of the needs. The statement is true in not just words but in action as well. We have been using Workfront for many years now and we switch from an opposite platform. I must say, it was a life-changing experience. Workfront is one of those platforms that offer you the best quality tools but much more than that to enhance the capability of users and improve overall performance. However, when there are too many new and beneficial features, it comes at a cost. The cost of learning. The learning process is long and people who are new to this, face even more difficulties. Another thing that needs Workfront attention and quick modulation is their messy interface. When the workload and team members are less in numbers, it is quite manageable and works well. What problems is Workfront solving and how is that benefiting you? With Workfront you can do all pretty basic stuff, for example, scheduling tasks and assigning them using Kanban and Gantt. You can use its communication feature to stay in touch and in the loop with your team members on the same platform. It is highly secure and manageable. You can make the most out of it and also grasp your expertise at the world's finest project management platform.
