This is an amazingly powerful CRM, the ability you have to customize, automate and create reports is beyond compare. I've looked at what others are doing with other CRM software and I haven't seen anything like it. I may have listed a lot of cons, but this is going to be with any CRM software. The more tools you have, the more opportunities there are to nitpick. Where other CRMs are allowing outside developers to integrate with them, Mission Suite has built this all into one package at an incredibly reasonable price. On top of that I don't think you can find some of their tools, especially with the level of automation, with anything else out there.

Mission Suite has provided for me a platform that allows me functionality to capture contact data, respond quickly to those prospects and follow up with them. It also allows me functionally to communicate to my contacts through email and newsletters - it helps me stay in contact with my prospects and clients.

It is a very user-friendly tool with an intuitive interface where every icon is presented in a well-organized form. Furthermore, I can easily find out any company’s webpage and correspond with them about my product. The extensions that are provided by this software updates automatically to show users useful information. Overall, it is an excellent product and now it keeps the importance in our organization because of its effective performance.

We are using Salesforce CRM in our company. So here Clearbit plays a major role for us in our day to day sales activities, from providing all the information in a tab to helping keep our database updated. We don't need to open any other page while talking to or making calls to our prospects. Clearbit, with its unique enriched features, shows all the major information about the prospect/company in a column that one need not go anywhere else to find any info.

Our industry can be, for a lack of better terms, dirty. People do not necessarily want to react in time, if at all, and customer service simply doesn't exist. I personally use Clearbit to research escalation points within an organization as needed.

Has so much functionality.

Cons
There are limited layouts and the photos don't crop well in the photo spaces
It is not intuitive and the UX experience is pretty bad
Some of the integration is lacking.

I love that I can access the lead's name, email and job title when possible because I can easily identify the best leads to target
The thing that I liked the most about this tool is that it saves a lot of time while prospecting
It is very easy to find the email address , phone number, LinkedIn profile for lead generation

Cons
Sometimes the data inside is old and outdated
It is also hard to see, because it is has a white interface and Salesforce has a white interface too, you find yourself going up n down
From what I've heard (I may be wrong) Clearbit gathers its data through questionable means, which is not great
The support takes 2 weeks to get back at you, but only if you keep following up
Several errors in the software and inaccurate data."
