"Wonderful Sales Automation Tool for SaaS Organisations" What do you like best about Mixmax? At Mentimeter we love using Mixmax. I have used many other Sales Enablement tools similar to Mixmax and Outreach. Considering that it's a scale-up Mixmax is surprisingly successful with the product improvements, customer support and ease of use of the product is very smooth. It's simple but provides you with all the functionality that you need to create a harmonious sales team automation and collaboration. My favourite features: - “Send Later” with Recommended Send Times - Using Poll in sequences - Email Sequence with personalisation option - Meeting Scheduling (with a link or available slot options) works wonderfully. "The Best Email Time-Saving Tool" What do you like best about Mixmax? Mixmax helps to eliminate the back and forth of emails when trying to find a time for meetings. I can just share quick links for times I want to meet and then the recipient can book directly. This helps me get things dones in fewer emails. I also appreciate the read receipts so I know when to follow up on clients! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mixmax? Some email accounts block tracking codes that are included on outbound emails. These emails get rejected and sent back. For these clients, I have to log out of Mixmax to send and email that will go through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Mixmax solving and how is that benefiting you? Mixmax helps you be more efficient with email but preemptively offering meeting times and templates for common responses. This allows me to send fewer emails and get back to clients faster.

"Excellent services for all email needs" What do you like best about Mixmax? Email tracking and follow-up are a necessary part of our campaigns that allow us to follow up with clients at important times, such as shortly after they've opened a message from us! The pricing structure is a bit high, but honestly - considering all of the perks, I can see why they feel the product is more deserving of the cost. I just wish they had a lower tier price. I was first skeptical using this software- I had tried a few others that had made our staffing process very confusing, or just didn't fit the needs of our AV company. Within minutes I knew Quick Staff was right for us. First off, its easy to set up and add people and their job roles, and our clients. Being able to add one person to multiple job roles is a nice feature. Once the base info is in the system, its easy to create a new event with any or all details that we might need. Being able to invite people to work and event with a couple of clicks is the best part. A color coded fraction of the number of people that has accepted the event is super easy to read, and a great indicator of how many more staff we need. I love that our staff gets an email so they can see the details we have provided before they accept or decline the event. Being mobile device friendly is a huge selling point for us, being always in the go. Being able to set an auto reminder email has saved us a lot of time, and confusion as well. I also love that our staff can block out days they are not available, which then stops the admin from trying to add them to an event that the staff person is unavailable for. All in all, this software is super user friendly, and very easy to adapt to different industries' needs. It is well worth the minimal subscription fee, and has saved us a lot of headache when it comes to scheduling. I recommend 100%.
