MSB Docs vs Documate

Overall, we are very happy with the services offered by MSB Docs. We are able to minimize the paper and printing costs and increase productivity too. A simple audit trail shows us every detail of the signed document including the name of the signer, time, and place. Some of our team members were a bit unsure about it at first, but once they started using it, there were no complaints.

I have previously had a hard time finding good automation software for my Mac and often had to create a Windows environment in my Mac to be able to run different software. And even those were terrible. But Documate works with Macs and is easier to use than the clunky tools I've used in the past. So much better than HotDocs and Contract Express, and any other Thomson Reuters product for that matter.

Their customer service has also been above-and-beyond, and the online documentation is thorough and helpful (including video guides). Our client intake which previously took 1hr+ now takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Documents that we previously had to spend time changing pronouns and tenses can now be updated with the click of a button.
