"Speechify is absolutely brilliant. Growing up with dyslexia this would have made a big difference. I’m so glad to have it today."Sir Richard Branson
MyMind also makes it easy to add manually typed notes. You can use markdown language to format your notes. I am not a big markdown user, but it is a good option to have. Once again, you can add your own tags, but MyMind will search all the text automatically.

I think that this is an excellent tool to use in the classroom, organizations, club, associations or you just want to have a digital binder. This tool is basically what it says it is, it is a live or digital binder with tabs and sub tabs. Its strengths include the organized way you can put all of your stuff into it whether it is documents, images, videos, online content, links, QR codes and more. One weakness I can think of is that somethings are not available for the free use but it has a lot so no need to worry. I customize it for your situation easily with positions or colors and more. I will and have recommend this to my colleagues and other because of the usefulness and organized way it is designed.
LiveBinders was created to change the idea of a binder by offering a quick and reliable method for exchanging information. You get easy access to all of the binders from your LiveBinders.com account using the LiveBinders App. Add images to your binder by taking them, adding them from your iPad's photo collection, or both. From within the App, you can also view your personalized shelves and make new binders. Make your material helpful by incorporating it into virtual 3-Ring binders with LiveBinders. Any URL can be pasted into binder tabs. To give your binders more, add and modify text. Make informational binders on any subject. Binders make it simple to update and access your materials from anywhere at any time, so impress your coworkers, professors, and clients. We developed LiveBinders to enable you to do with digital data what you do with paper-based data: arrange it into attractive containers, such as the 3-ring binders on your shelf. You may upload your documents and effortlessly integrate them with your links using our online binders to create a tidy and structured package for sharing or presenting. But what's even great is that you can work on your binders with people nearby or all over the world. There are currently so many excellent LiveBinders made by teachers.
This app is a great concept. I love the idea of being able to save all my clippings and ideas in one place without the need to sort or tag them, but then still be able to find them later. The issue for me is that, because I do so much work on my iPhone, I need a solid iPhone app. That’s where mymind falls (very) short and it’s what is keeping me from subscribing. Right now, the app feels like the web browser. There’s no dark mode (as basic must-have for paid apps) and some things just don’t save. For example, trying to save an Instagram post results in an error message. In addition, the AI is not as good as Apple Notes. I did a couple of side-by-side comparisons and I had more success finding things in Apple Notes than MyMind.
This is truly transformational in organizing all parts of my daily and long term ideas, inspirations, and utility focused resources. The organization of multiple content types alone would make this invaluable, but the ability to search beyond just tags and folders through AI removes my burden in saving things properly and assures that I never am stuck in a position where I’m unable to find what I’m looking for. This is better than my actual mind, it’s my brain supercharged and much more organized. I can’t wait to see how much better it gets as I continue to fill it with resources.
As a creative who does a lot of internet research, I’ve tried many tools over the years to organize everything I gather from the internet. Evernote, Instapaper, Pocket, Pinterest, you name it. But because I do a lot visual work, I felt that all of those tool were either lacking or over complicated. MyMind AI tagging system and super fast image loading is a game changer for me. Its a very simple, minimalistic and it just work. Love it. I just wish it wasn’t as pricey as it is, and I’m-fast image loading is a game-changer for me.

Live Binders dubs itself as "your 3-ring binder for the web," and it is just that. A free site that allows you to organize your computer-based resources easily, it is also a great format to use for presentations. Live Binders allows you to choose your preferred method of organization and helps keep materials contained in one convenient location. No more digging through filing cabinets or closets, it's a great resource to help teacher organize materials within a unit.

Livebinders allows you to store websites, pdfs, word documents, and images in a convenient digital binder that is stored online. Best of all, you can share these web-binders, with anyone you like, and you can search for other public binders that have already been created. Putting a Livebinder together is pretty easy. It is a great way to share information online in an easy and organized way. The possibilities to teachers are pretty amazing!
