Namely HRIS, Payroll and Benefits have made such a difference. Easy to setup and use. Have worked with multiple payroll systems for over 40 years and Namely (by far) is the best and user friendly.

It provides a built-in applicant tracking system (ATS), which allows recruiters to screen, organize, and review candidates’ applications and CVs. HRLocker enables staff members to track annual leave balances, maintain online timesheets, and track the time spent on specific projects, whilst maintaining compliance with local employment laws. The performance management tool allows supervisors to schedule weekly catch-ups and provide reviews or feedback in real-time. The professional development module lets team leaders assign and track training and certifications according to organizational requirements. It also lets employees store, access, and electronically sign documents, such as employee contracts, HR handbooks, policy documents, and fire safety files. HRLocker comes with an API, which allows businesses to integrate the system with several third-party solutions, such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Sage Payroll, and Office 365. With the compensation and benefits management functionality, managers can track employee specific salaries, bonus payments, and incentives.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the software. It has made the HRM of our corporation more convenient & effective.

We initially chose Namely in order to outsource / automate more of our total HR management and Namely had positioned themselves as total HR management. While the payroll onboarding, setup and execution was relatively easy, it was quite painful to set up and distribute HR policies or get any substantive value from the additional HR consulting that we had paid for. At the end, when we realized that some of our state quarterly taxes had not been properly filed or submitted, we chose a different platform.

Product is very straight forward and easy to use, in particular for employees (i.e logging annual leave, sick leave). I enjoy the personal touch HR Locker has to offer and have found their customer service to be extremely helpful and has a fast response.

Overall, good experience from choosing the software, discussing our needs with the project manager assigned to us, implementation and training. I feel that the training could be delivered in a more structured manner for a new user - when the system was ready to use we were asked in training "well, what do you want to know?". A new system should be explained methodically and clearly to new users, particularly the administrators.
