Namely HRIS, Payroll and Benefits have made such a difference. Easy to setup and use. Have worked with multiple payroll systems for over 40 years and Namely (by far) is the best and user friendly.

It is designed to create efficiencies that enable service personnel to stay focused on providing functional expertise while spending less time on technical or transactional matters. Special features include interactive point in time ad-hoc reporting, which allows the user to view a snapshot of the organization in the past or predict the effects of proposed transactions for the future. The vendor says this capability helps users understand how small changes impact the organization on a grander scale, in terms of turnover, employee performance and productivity. syncHR provides services for Payroll, HR, Benefit Admin, Applicant Tracking, Time & Attendance, Employee Scheduling, ESS, MSS, Performance Management, Data Analytics, COBRA Administration, Org Charts and more. Customers work with a designated account manager rather than a service team.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the software. It has made the HRM of our corporation more convenient & effective.

We initially chose Namely in order to outsource / automate more of our total HR management and Namely had positioned themselves as total HR management. While the payroll onboarding, setup and execution was relatively easy, it was quite painful to set up and distribute HR policies or get any substantive value from the additional HR consulting that we had paid for. At the end, when we realized that some of our state quarterly taxes had not been properly filed or submitted, we chose a different platform.

The stage, all in all, is easy to use from both a head viewpoint and a representative self-administration point of view. I explicitly like the convenience for representative onboarding. We've gotten spontaneous input from new contracts about the fact that it was so natural to enter the majority of their data/advantage races. I can't review consistently getting spontaneous POSITIVE criticism on a HRIS stage in my profession, so this is a HR win! I additionally utilize the Org Chart nearly every day. "syncHR provides a great blend of payroll and HR services" What do you like best about SyncHR? syncHR is unique (as far as I'm aware) in allowing you to run multiple concurrent payrolls for multiple time periods. Additionally, syncHR's data structure allows you to house information at both a position and a person level. This is a radical and revolutionary switch from our former payroll provider. I felt like we needed to follow-up and lead the way or items would have gotten missed. In our first year of use, we have had some issues with benefits and in setting up the GL correctly. Recommendations to others considering SyncHR: During implementation just remember that no one cares about your implementation the way that YOU do. Take responsibility for it and for continuing application after implementation. The system can do amazing things but only if you learn how to do them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Improved our payroll process and allowed us to continue to direct deposit to employee's bank accounts within 5 days after the pay period ends. SyncHR has also helped us improve our reporting.

"SyncHR is new but is making good strides in the right direction! " What do you like best about SyncHR? I think the best part of SyncHR is the support team. While they are a newer company, they are quick to get back to you with any questions about the program, whether it be reporting, core HR things like payroll and benefits, or questions regarding the system in general. Being a newer program it is tough to implement bigger system features in a timely manner. While the support team is quick to get back to you, they don't always have accurate changes they can implement. The system is not very intuitive but is functional. We moved over to SyncHR from UltiPro and despite some hiccups moving over, we like the system. Improvements are being made all the time and it helps us do a lot of things easily like I-9, taxes, payroll, etc.
