Great, customizable marketing solution with seamless integrations What do you like best about Net-Results? Net-results is a great tool to supplement your marketing and sales efforts. With seamless integration with salesforce, you can now get awesome insights about your leads directly in your salesforce widget (email and web activity). We primarily use for email marketing and monitoring site activity but also frequently use the reporting and segment tools which give so much valuable information. Support staff is also fantastic! Net-results gives me a way to view real-time web and email activity for contacts or leads we are currently pursuing, something we did not have access to before. We also have an easy way to manage our full database of contacts that allows me to stay out of Salesforce as much as possible.

Primary features include lead management, lead scoring, marketing list management, email builder, social media management, insights and analytics. Other features include sales alerts, sales workflow automation, web form builder, landing page builder and dashboards. The lead management module allows users to automate marketing workflow and tasks. Big data segmentation backs up automated list management, sales alerts, lead scoring, simple drip campaigns and lead nurturing workflows. It allows users to schedule social media posts, track and score prospective leads based on their social media activities. It provides integration with Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zapier, Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, Magento, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, ConnectWise and others. Net-Results is offered in a subscription pricing option. It is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems. Mobile apps for iOS is also offered. Support is provided via email and over the phone.
A handy CRM with integration that works well for small businesses What do you like best about Streak? Streak's format is essentially what I think of as a clickable, expandable Excel spreadsheet. Having everything laid out clearly when opening pipelines is important to me and how I stay organized within my own brain, so this is definitely a highlight of Streak. We have been using Streak since the very early days (2018) so we've seen a lot of improvements come over the last several years. I also appreciate the design of being able to see emails and everything attached to a box all in one newsfeed-like layout. Being able to see everything all at once is imperative when revisiting a client's box to give yourself a synopsis before diving into something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Streak? A minor gripe (and I mean minor! it's not a dealbreaker) I have with Streak is the occasional downtime. It is most often during the workday, which makes sense, but not having access to any of the boxes in our pipelines because they won't load due to server or other issues can be chaotic, especially if the box you're trying to see is not one you've primarily contributed to. The other thing I am hoping for future change on within Streak is the reports feature. The reports are rather weak and honestly aren't helpful to us. We aren't able to craft anything that is really valuable to our business and goals with Streak's integrated reports, so it essentially requires us to seek an outside way to build them, which also means they unfortunately cannot be housed in Streak. Server uptime has definitely gotten better over the years, so that helps us without explanation. I have also seen many feature and bug improvements come through in the newsletter and overall, that makes for a better, higher quality product.
Sarah K.Streak is the only CRM integrated entirely within your Gmail inbox, and works alongside all your other Google Workspace applications. It can be used to track any business processes including sales, partnerships, support, hiring, deal flow, and much more. Streak also includes a powerful set of email tools such email tracking and mail merge (with automated follow-ups).
We've been on the hunt for a while for a powerful MA solution, that was easy to use, and priced for a small marketing team. Those three are very hard to find together. It's easy to find the powerful one, harder to finda powerful and easy to use one, and nearly impossible to then be able to afford it. With Net Results we have been able to easily get these benefits, which is what we set out to do: - automated emails in a drip campaign that Sales can remove people from - lead scoring and alerts that go right to the lead owner - weekly reports to each Sales person with their hottest lead - very finely tuned segments that can be used for alerts, emails, and scheduled reports - integration with Salesforce. The Sales team can basically trigger their own emails

This solved a big cost problem for us. We were overpaying with our old solution (about $80k per year). This was much more manageable and much simpler to implement/use. We realized that a lot of reasons we had purchased the old solution, in the end didn't matter and we didn't use them the way we thought we would. Finding a solution that was easier to use made work much more enjoyable.

Net-Results uses a segment driven approach that allows for easy integration of buyer personas into lead nurturing campaigns. Depending on your needs, campaigns can be quick and simple or complex, multifaceted, lead nurturing workflows. The application also provides excellent visibility into different lead channels and has pre-built integrations with different CRM systems available. Net-Results customer service is second to none.

"You need Streak for sales CRM if you're using google suite!!" What do you like best about Streak? Seamless interface right inside your gmail with the CRM tools. When a customer emails you, you automatically see everything about that account from your email. Your teammates can see all interactions as well. It's totally customizable and very easy to create your own tools specific to what you want to know and track about customers and the sales process / cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Streak? I love the desktop features and need to spend more time in the iOS for iPhone because I haven't used it much and there must be some synch tools I'm missing out on. We stopped printing documents when we started using streak, and everyone was comfortable changing the SOPs because of the transparency and easy interface in streak. We use streak across departments, so it's benefiting cross departmental communication. It greatly helps us incorporate remote working into our daily operations, for any team member to be wherever they need to be and still tap into all of our sales and orders/customer platforms.

everything you need & nothing you don't" What do you like best about Streak? Having a CRM implemented into my main communication funnel has been crucial in how smooth & organize I am with my contacts.
