Netchex vs HiBob

The Netchex software has allowed the HR Administrative Team to streamline so many processes with the product suite available and the ability to integrate with industry leaders. With the NetGuide feature, our department has been able to onboard new hires more effectively and efficiently which gives a better overall first impression of our company allowing us to focus on training and welcoming new employees. The NetAssist HR helps most managers and administrators keep track of HR tasks easily with a snapshot view of what needs to be performed. The NetBenefits, NetCOBRA and ACA Central product has been a tremendous time and compliance life saver. Integration with our carriers has shaved hours of time off tracking a host of these tasks. It's all built in and easy to use!

I have been incredibly enthusiastic about NetGuide. For a hospital, I have many employees with different credentialing certificates/licenses/vaccinations/etc. that expired almost everyday. Not to mention all the other regular HR items such as annual evaluations and education. It can be overwhelming for just one person. With NetGuide, I went from just myself reviewing all these items to know getting all managers involved and NetGuide even notifies the employee when I forget. So my busy day now has 5+ other people on their tasks!

"Bob is a time saver." What do you like best about Hibob HRIS? What i love most about Hi Bob is the fact that is is easy to use, it saves time, helps with easy on boarding, the automation helps alot. As an employee it is easy for me to ask for a leave and go through all the process at my finger tip and the processes are not even that long just a few taps. Wherever I am i can just tap my phone ask for a leave and i dont have to go to the HR'S office to ask for that leave and i think that is so cool. But also the fact that o can see all my other work mates on Bob and whenever i need to contact someone from another department whose contact i dont have bob makes it easier for me. It gets stuck and stops responding and I think that should be worked on. cause at times I do not have my laptop with me and I need to use my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. On boarding can be difficult for new employees, But Bob has solved that problem, I was a new employee and I had never used bob before, but with bob my on boarding process was so much easier. I also got to connect with my fellow employees easily.

"Simply the best" What do you like best about Hibob HRIS? The UI and intuitive use of the system. Everything is pretty self-explanatory and good-looking. I also really like that you can customize the employee profiles so in-depth and immediately create customized reports within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I would like to be able to replace a document in the eSigning feature with a new version rather than having to set it up again once a new version of e.g. our employment contracts has evolved. I'd also love to be able to add recurring tasks to task lists that repeat every x days/weeks/months. Having all of our employee data in one place, creating detailed reports on that data in minutes or seconds, documenting our feedback sessions, supporting our onboarding with automation, keeping our employee documents in a place accessible for employees, managing time off, tracking company OKRs & Goals one every level... there is so much!

"Very user friendly" What do you like best about Hibob HRIS? How easy it is to find documents and upload people onto the system. It is also integrated into our Workable system so once we move an employee to hired it makes it easy for us to see who our new employees are. I like their Policy and document uploading system; and its features for tracking leave, talent and the fact that you can upload pictures as profile pics so you can see the different people in the company. Even when there are changes, HiBob team sends email updates and reminder of changes on Bob when you log in. I really have no complaints.
