Its help you in creating a community according to your segment. 360 degree approach which includes retention , increasing lifetime value ,brand advocacy, new customer acquisition and much more you thing and it is there . With Azuqua we improve the ability to define our workflows and achieve integration with other products (Salesforce), it has a slightly complex learning curve due to poor documentation. But it works for what it was designed for.
Oliver Elijah L.Azuqua was a tool that helped users integrate their SaaS applications and build custom automations. It was acquired by Okta in late 2019, and is now part of Okta Workflows. Okta Workflows leverages Azuqua’s workflow orchestration engine and application integrations to automate complex identity-centric processes such as user onboarding and offboarding. The product is available as part of the Okta Lifecycle Management product.

I am discovering that Azuqua can do more and more. It is a platform that integrates not only software but also connects to APIs- and therefore your first-party business services. We use Azuqua currently to update multiple systems with customer data (Zendesk, Pipedrive, Marketo). It eliminates a lot of redundant work and syncs sales & marketing with up to date information. It also has strong data manipulation functions and as I mentioned can connect to your API which might be useful for you. Their customer success team is very responsive. The only difficulty is that it has a learning curve, but after you learn the ropes you can design your own integrations without IT's help.
