Overall, our company has been extremely pleased with Nextiva. We have had very minimal issues (most attributed to internet woes on our end) and the cell phone integration and app work flawlessly. We are often out of office/town and being able to take calls for our customers with such clarity and function has been great! I like the great connectivity that Nextiva provides our team. When calls come in, they are immediately routed to the correct individuals. If there are network issues, the app warns us to move over to call forwarding. This is very helpful for our team to make sure our customers receive great service.

Mostly, I like that it works. I don't get complaints from my people like I did with our previous Dialpad system. Free high-quality desk phones was a juice bonus. Not a difficult system to learn or use as a user.

I like the webinar automation the best! It's an amazing functionality, because with it I record the material once and can use it again and again! What's more, such recorded material can be interactive! I can put tests and quizzes in it. And even at the end a call to action (CTA), for example, to purchase e-learning training on preferential terms. And then such an automated webinar plays the additional role of led magnet. Brilliant :)

Overall our experience with Nextiva has been pretty good
Very good the addons make the entire service worth it, if you are big on video meetings and have not use the included Amazon Chime then you have never used the best
Phone service was reliable and call quality was good
Using Nextiva we have reduced are phone bill, increased control over our phone system and added the ability to use the phone app."

Cons
I spent days asking to fix things but each time more problem and more things did not work
We were running in circles with the problems
The phone system was with a lot of technical problems
Auto attendant not working, CRM not working, SMS not working
Service is spotty, Calls get dropped, Phones disconnect from service, Voice Packets get lost
Forever ongoing contract auto-renewals without notifications to the client
We didn't even let users know they could login--it's that bad
The cost of their service just cannot compete with the rest of the market."

Good experience using Clickmeeting as our webinar platform, offers a lot of great features
Getting everyone on the same page is now easier, and it's great for making sure everyone has the tools they need to succeed

I guess it's normal for such tools but it's good that you can record the webinar and it's saved on the platform."

Recordings particularly have issues, such as the audio lagging behind the screenshare
Sound problems when using a replay of a live webinar for an on-demand one
Company is quick to deflect onto the customers
Lack of custom : can't modify screen size and location
Limited function to edit on registration page
This issue might be specific to working with schools, but unlike other software such as zoom, school security systems often block access to the rooms
This affects our customer's experience."
