Overall, our company has been extremely pleased with Nextiva. We have had very minimal issues (most attributed to internet woes on our end) and the cell phone integration and app work flawlessly. We are often out of office/town and being able to take calls for our customers with such clarity and function has been great! Customer service is very quick to address any issues and help get you up and running in no time. Everyone we've dealt with has always been extremely courteous and very professional. The quality of our calls is very crisp and clear and we are extremely pleased to be a Nextiva Customer!

I like the great connectivity that Nextiva provides our team. When calls come in, they are immediately routed to the correct individuals. If there are network issues, the app warns us to move over to call forwarding. This is very helpful for our team to make sure our customers receive great service.

Mostly, I like that it works. I don't get complaints from my people like I did with our previous Dialpad system. Free high-quality desk phones was a juice bonus. Not a difficult system to learn or use as a user.

JustCall reviews

ll cloud-based phone systems say they support SMS, but none of them actually do in Australia. I'm so relieved to find out that JustCall does! I also love that you can set a disposition and write notes directly in the JustCall app that can be sent automatically to the CRM (no excuse for sales people to not write notes). It's great to see the innovation with AI in JustCallIQ and I can see that being extra helpful in the future. Their Support couldn't be more helpful and are always so quick and diligently follow-up.

The phone system is convenient and easy to use. You can fully understand and use the application even without tutorials because of the accessibility of the functions. The customer service is beneficial as well.

The HubSpot integration is the best of any vendor I've seen. Support staff has been friendly and helpful, and porting our old number to the system was easy. They also have a built-in IVR system so we can direct callers to the right team.

Overall our experience with Nextiva has been pretty good
Very good the addons make the entire service worth it, if you are big on video meetings and have not use the included Amazon Chime then you have never used the best
Phone service was reliable and call quality was good
Using Nextiva we have reduced are phone bill, increased control over our phone system and added the ability to use the phone app."

Cons
I spent days asking to fix things but each time more problem and more things did not work
We were running in circles with the problems
The phone system was with a lot of technical problems
Auto attendant not working, CRM not working, SMS not working
Service is spotty, Calls get dropped, Phones disconnect from service, Voice Packets get lost
Forever ongoing contract auto-renewals without notifications to the client
We didn't even let users know they could login--it's that bad
The cost of their service just cannot compete with the rest of the market."

JustCall

Pros
Works amazing for the most part
Very little issues and super glad we found them and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future
They really care about their users getting the most value from their service and resolving any rare issues we've encountered
JustCall has been a great addition to our systems and makes calling from the office or the road very easy
Just all is easy to Install and use, free text and calling are a cherry on top
Using that service to grow sales is amazing."

Cons
At some point there were interruptions due to the network
Also sometimes cut the voice due to the connection
When more then one caller is ringing for 2 different accounts there is no way of choosing which caller you can answer
It's really hard to find the voicemail
I have endless dislikes about the app
Extension is rendered useless by the constant (literally one every 5 seconds) Chrome notifications that are impossible to turn off that your "macbook speakers are now connected."
