It is absolutely a wonderful platform and can be conveniently used by admins, lecturers, students as well as customers. It is not only easy for me but also it has made creating possibilities for the customers to pay webinars conveniently soon after the registration. It is available in a reasonable price. It's easy to use interface attracts more and more users. In short I would say it is fantastic software that allows users to begin conference with almost 300-500 attendees at the same time. Moreover it also allows attendees to participate in the meeting directly from the browsers so easily and saves their precious time that needs to be spent on downloading or running another program.

I like the great connectivity that Nextiva provides our team. When calls come in, they are immediately routed to the correct individuals. If there are network issues, the app warns us to move over to call forwarding. This is very helpful for our team to make sure our customers receive great service.

Very good the addons make the entire service worth it, if you are big on video meetings and have not use the included Amazon Chime then you have never used the best
Phone service was reliable and call quality was good

I spent days asking to fix things but each time more problem and more things did not work
We were running in circles with the problems
The phone system was with a lot of technical problems
Auto attendant not working, CRM not working, SMS not working
Service is spotty, Calls get dropped, Phones disconnect from service, Voice Packets get lost
Forever ongoing contract auto-renewals without notifications to the client
We didn't even let users know they could login--it's that bad
The cost of their service just cannot compete with the rest of the market."
