We have been using another RMM for two years without being able to handle some basic functions well. Then we tried Ninja. Ninja is easy to use, with a low learning curve and solves important problems smoothly. Excellent patch management and simple script creation. High availability of information in the Dojo user community. Excellent mobile application. Last but most important, unlimited technical support included, even for learning, even in our language. This is priceless.

NinjaOne already offers many useful settings out-of-the-box by default. As soon as a client or server has been deployed, you can enjoy the benefits directly. With other providers, you first have to configure in a complicated way how the software should behave.

The Teamviewer licensing bundled in saved us a fortune, and when the virus hit the world, all of our users were easily able to access their desktops from home machines, laptops, tablets... all without a lot of fuss and bother. The integrated Antivirus and remote automated patching was just icing on the cake. As a new edit, I would add that Teamviewer has created some stumbling blocks since this first review, but NinjaOne is still a great solution.

"Needed to set up cold call automation" What do you like best about Salesmate? I got it done. I shopped around for 3 moths tried out close and Zoho. They didn't work, I shopped Salesforce they were to expensive and probably wouldn't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Salesmate? "Very Adaptable" What do you like best about Salesmate? Since we don't use Salesmate for "sales" but for work order organization and customer communication, it is one of the most adaptable software we've found. From logging calls, emails (even future emails), sending text messages (even future text messages) and taking calls.
