Currently I use Nintex Workflow Cloud (NWC) for our IT Security Risk Assessments and processes. This includes the intake of all Risk Assessments, from the initial request, Vendor questionnaire, internal Point of Contact questionnaire, through to the IT Security review portion and production of the RA Report. This has allowed us to keep track of where each review currently is within the process. Having this has also allowed us to connect to other solutions, such as SmartSheets, and move/post information within both solutions allowing us to create Dashboards and the like. This has greatly reduced our turnaround time for these and kept everyone in the loop throughout the process.

Shawn H.Kissmetrics aims to help companies get, keep and grow more customers with its customer engagement automation. This solution includes behavioral analytics, segmentation and email campaign automation all in one place. The vendor says Kissmetrics helps companies deeply understand and uniquely engage each customer from prospect to advocate. Additionally, the vendor says their solution is built to help marketers and product teams increase conversions, engagement, and retention over the entire lifespan of a customer.
Nintex Workflow Cloud is used for several back-office processes such as manually routing insurance change requests (endorsements) to various groups for creation, approval, and distribution. Additionally, NWC was used extensively to allow for cataloging and storing claims materials including integration to cloud storage providers for document storage and retrieval. Another significant use-case for us was creating an Invoice approval process with conditional approval steps required based on department, invoice amount, etc.

Nintex is very good in automate manual actions in SharePoint Online with documents and/or list items. Especially in combination with the use of Nintex Forms. For example, start a workflow when a user has submitted a document with a specific option enabled which will inform other users and send the document to different stakeholders. Another example is the way that approval workflows work and can easily be adjusted to the needs of the customer. If you want to build a whole new application (with custom actions) then Nintex is not the tool you need.

Nintex Process Platform is being used in our organization to automate business processes, from simple approval workflows to complex and multiple scenario applications that check for several conditions and edit several fields in the list or library. "The most effective way to research your company's marketing" What do you like best about Kissmetrics? I like being able to monitor my company's marketing by conducting a geographic study of consumer behavior concerning services, including which services are the most viewed, which are the best sellers, and what people's criteria are for these things. Kissmetrics is significantly better than competitors in terms of quality, and I like that I can quickly analyze the data and use it to identify important information in statistical distribution frequencies. One thing I don't like is that they charge extra for simple services, lack qualified support staff to handle all customer inquiries, and sometimes take a long time to respond to requests for information. The main objective of Kissmetrics in the company is to promote the examination of data in volume before making any decision. It has involved statistical data with qualified management levels. The result of all its development is seen in intelligence as it modifies management procedures. I use it to research my company's monthly and annual Internet revenue, best-selling services and customer reviews to improve the quality of my offerings. Since I started using this platform, my sales have increased dramatically.

"Indispensable for Larger Organizations" What do you like best about Kissmetrics? If you're selling three or four items a month, Kissmetrics may not be for you. However, if you are the owner of a midsized business (wth a solid IT department!) this is an excellent solution that should cover most of your needs. What do you dislike about Kissmetrics? Kissmetrics is not a walk in the park to set up. If you are not tech-savvy or have a dedicated staff member with IT skills, please reconsider your decision. It's a not tool, but I'm not sure I would hire a new employee just to install and maintain it. My colleagues have told me it has some limitations when it comes to aggregated data. Our primary objective was to identify bottlenecks to our conversion rates (because many customers, if they encounter a technical issue, will not bother to contact the webmaster). We were able to figure out which types of customers were the most likely to complete their purchase and which were not (as well as why).

The UX are significant within the platform, one thing I love about Kissmetrics is that it is not only designed to report on the numbers but pretty much everything. It is easy to set up dashboards and understand the customer journey and user behaviour.
