About Notejoy
Notejoy is a collaboration tool that uses notes to help organizations capture, share, and discover ideas, allowing for the creation of project roadmaps, blog posts, call scripts, onboarding material, OKRs, and more. Users can use drag-and-drop capabilities to upload images, create checklists, share codes, and define syntax and keyboard shortcuts to ensure project engagement. Notejoy includes a digital workplace that allows managers to grant participants role-based access to view or comment on notes, share files, participate in threaded discussions, and edit documents in real-time. Archiving, domain sharing, image galleries, two-factor authentication, password protection, notes history, and other features are available. To establish identity with teams, administrators can use the white-label capabilities to personalize the interface with custom logos, themes, fonts, sidebar items, and colors. Using optical character recognition (OCR) functionality and tags, users can search across libraries and archives for images, PDFs, and Google or office documents. It integrates with a variety of third-party applications, including Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Gmail, Slack, Trello, and HubSpot.

A very basic, cost-free public notepad is called Publicnote. Access a note by typing any title. No login is necessary. There are no private notes. Any note you find may be changed at any time. Each note has been encrypted. To view the message, you must be aware of the title. Notepad Public Encrypted A free online notepad is called Publicnote. To start a new note or access an existing note, enter any title. Publicnote can be used without creating an account. As you type, all notes are automatically stored to the cloud. The success of a note's saving is shown by the check mark in the upper right corner. Each note is AES-256 encrypted, with the title serving as the encryption key. The encrypted message is then index in a database using the title's SHA-256 hash. The title is never revealed because SHA-256 is a one-way function and the process happens in your browser; as a result, neither the website owner nor the web host (AWS) can access the plaintext contents of any note (unless the note is encrypted).
