I like the ease of use as a Coordinator. My time spent scheduling has shrunk majorly, leaving me more time to focus on recruiting, on-boarding and training. The calendar makes it really easy for me to see what my week looks like. The sorting function help me isolate events to more easily see events. Even the color and font choices used in the apps is pleasing to the eye! The support from the Nowsta team has been amazing. They always respond within minutes through their direct messaging function and not only resolve the issue, but are a blast to work with. It's been a year that we have used the software and there have been endless improvements to functionality. They have expanded the system in many ways, allowing us to change our payroll functions and save money. Many times, we have seen areas for improvement, have sent the Nowsta team suggestions and then seen the tweaks in the app a few weeks later. "Never been so efficiently staffed!" What do you like best about Nowsta? We started using NOWSTA almost 2 years ago and it has made scheduling so much more efficient. We use it throughout our company - from servers and bartenders, to kitchen, warehouse, and office workers. The platform is user friendly for both schedulers and staff. Problems of staff not being able to quickly and easily view and accept shifts have been solved. The whole platform is easy for me to use as a Staffing Coordinator and make sure I am able to offer shifts to the right staff for the job. Because we are staffed more efficiently, I am able to rely less on temporary staffing companies, saving us money. We are able to use the system company-wide for many different types of laborers (as opposed to using multiple staffing platforms for service staff vs office staff or kitchen staff). This allows any manager to get an up-to-date report on staffing in their teams, departments, and company as a whole. Worker data is also easily accessible.

My overall experience has been great. By using the analytics tools I have been able to 'A-B test' to identify a couple subject lines and email formats that have resulted in a consistent 80-90% open-rate. Now that I have been using the platform for several months, I have thousands of contacts imported. In which, I can circle back to these contacts to create new high-volume campaigns with minimal time or effort.

I had higher hopes for this program. The bounce rate was typically higher than the three percent as promised, and the integrity/quality of the email data you pay separately for compromised our email campaigns as they were the wrong contacts, bad emails, wrong industry, and etc. I used the program for about six months as this is what they recommend in terms of seeing results. You can't get positive results if you're not reaching the right people, which is the primary reason we went with Autoklose.
