I like the ease of use as a Coordinator. My time spent scheduling has shrunk majorly, leaving me more time to focus on recruiting, on-boarding and training. The calendar makes it really easy for me to see what my week looks like. The sorting function help me isolate events to more easily see events. Even the color and font choices used in the apps is pleasing to the eye! The support from the Nowsta team has been amazing. They always respond within minutes through their direct messaging function and not only resolve the issue, but are a blast to work with. It's been a year that we have used the software and there have been endless improvements to functionality. They have expanded the system in many ways, allowing us to change our payroll functions and save money. Many times, we have seen areas for improvement, have sent the Nowsta team suggestions and then seen the tweaks in the app a few weeks later. The team at Nowsta is the ultimate example of continuous improvement. My staff really enjoys using the app and it has actually been a help in hiring as well. I mention it during the interview and I have seen candidates' faces light up with excitement that we schedule with such a convenient form of communication.

Clean and Straight Forward What do you like best about OutboundEngine? Willing to work with my schedule and didn't truly PRESSURE me to get the product but were forthcoming that they were looking for my business. "Never been so efficiently staffed!" What do you like best about Nowsta? We started using NOWSTA almost 2 years ago and it has made scheduling so much more efficient. We use it throughout our company - from servers and bartenders, to kitchen, warehouse, and office workers. The platform is user friendly for both schedulers and staff. I have been the Staffing Coordinator for DSquared Hospitality Company for almost 13 years and we have never been fully staffed so early for our events! And I don't have to rely on temporary staff as much anymore because we are staffed more efficiently. Thank you NOWSTA! Problems of staff not being able to quickly and easily view and accept shifts have been solved. The whole platform is easy for me to use as a Staffing Coordinator and make sure I am able to offer shifts to the right staff for the job. Because we are staffed more efficiently, I am able to rely less on temporary staffing companies, saving us money. We are able to use the system company-wide for many different types of laborers (as opposed to using multiple staffing platforms for service staff vs office staff or kitchen staff). This allows any manager to get an up-to-date report on staffing in their teams, departments, and company as a whole. Worker data is also easily accessible.

"Another Company that Makes it Hard to Cancel or Terminate" What do you like best about OutboundEngine? The actual reps trying to help you set up your account are very helpful. For folks wanting to really work their sphere and database for referrals, etc., this product has potential. But watch out for the corporate trickery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about OutboundEngine? Despite giving written notice in Nov 2021 that I did not wish to renew in Summer 2022 they came up with a lame excuse on how I had to reach out again closer to the end of my contract. And, of course they couldn't mark my account for non-renewal BUT they can certainly click a button for autopay each month. Be wary and hope that if you try this product that you never need to cancel it because they will screw you for their own benefit. I Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I never got into Outbound Engine much because my business approach changed shortly after signing up to focus on growing the brokerage rather than my sphere or team contacts. I communicated that with an account rep very early on but it seems their management won't recognize those taped phone calls or written emails because it wasn't close enough to my contract expiration date.
